We would like to introduce our custom products for plastic molds. We accommodate high-precision mold components such as tapered screws, multi-thread screws (6 threads), and R-shaped screw bottoms. The screw shapes of core pins are finished through grinding. Additionally, we process high-precision connector-related parts in a compact size with micron tolerances. If you provide CAD data for the 3D shapes of pin tips, we can manufacture them accordingly.
